Default First Summer Evening Meet in North east

The Plan is to hold the first Summer Evening Meet at the Talpore Pub, which is by the River at Stockton, on Wednesday 23 May, arriving at around 1900 hrs, and have a beer and a bite to eat, we can sit outside the pub and enjoy the summer evening, and talk about whatever we want to.

Location is:

and we can sit by the river and watch the evening sunset, looking down over the White Water course, view from the pub

well if it had been next week, would have attended, as we are staying at the caravan site next door to the pub.
I'll have to pass on this one Stu,what with being away all day at Beamish on the Sunday.

Default Talpore

just had a few days at the caravan site next door,a quick heads up,if you're going for food, expect to pay about £9 for a main course after 6.30 pm. We ate there during the day,so was a bit cheaper.
Total bill came to £30,for 3 adult meals, and one kids meal, the meals were ok,but not fantastic,I've paid less, and had a much nicer meal in other restaurants, even the drinks were on the high price side.
