![]() As some of you know I am in France at the moment. I have a 16GB iPhone 3GS but since the ferry I have not been able to connect to a mobile phone network and cant make or recieve any calls as a result.
Does anyone know how to connect to a mobile network abroad or what I am doing wrong? Cheers Lewis |

![]() are you on a pay as go or contract? Sometimes you need to infrom your network you are going abroad to activate roaming... other times (normally on pay as you go) it is automatically activated...

![]() Hiya Lewis.
![]() If you are really in France then you have more than just an iphone problem! You deff need to sort yer sat-nav out, and fast! ![]() To get back home, head Norf till you reach the sea, then turn East and go along the coast and look out for signs saying "Ferryto UK" or "Euro Tunnel" follow those and you should get back OK. ![]() Whatever you do, DON'T go any further South! You could end up gawd knows where if ya do!! ![]() Oh and good luck.. ![]() ... |
