And now the V8...........................................
.................................................. ........has come out in sympathy. Not sure if she is just jealous of all the attention Banana and Redfive have been getting lately.
Turns over but will not fire, got a feeling the pump has packed up. Had a few stating issues of late.

Popped down to the American car specialists down the lane and spoke to the chap who deals with the yanks. They are going to tow the Bear in tomorrow. They have a T4 and going to plug her in. He said it is possibly the pump.

I had same vibration problem, but with my old BMW.... upon a friend's advice I took it to National Tyres and they found a bulge in a rear tyre.... might be worth checking

She’s home..........................
......................................... Moorlands phoned this morning to say she was ready to be collected.
Spoke to the Yank engine specialist who said they plugged the Bear in and no faults were showing. After trying a few times she finally fired and ran sweetly. Stopped and started ok. So they left the car alone and at various times during the day they tried and every time she started and ran ok. Left her out in the yard overnight and tried again this morning, fired up first time. Left her for awhile and tried again. Started ok. Ian said these engines need to be given a good hard run as often as possible, after all it’s not even run in properly yet. 57k on the clock. No charge as they said that I have spent a few bob with them and they know that I look after my cars. So a good run tomorrow it is down to the Trevaskis Farm breakfast meet. Many thanks for the advice and tips, although no idea why the bulge in the tyre is connected...........................
