Update
Right a little update on proceedings.
Road Run: The Saturday road run will take place as has been discussed in this thread National Meet Road Run This Saturday 16th May so far there are 9 takers. If you want to join us, we start outside Haynes @ 2pm, or you can pick up the group at Weston- Super-Mare 3pm - 4pm, or join us for some supper in Glastonbury @ 5pm. Post on the above thread if coming, I will need to book a table for food and need numbers. Raffle: For those that haven't seen, there is a nice selection of raffle prizes up for grabs this year and details of what we have on offer can be found here Raffle Prizes For The Nation Meet So feel free to purchase tickets from us at the meet Sunday National Tickets: A big thanks to all those who have confirmed their attendance and have paid for tickets in advance, Haynes Museum require final confirmed numbers by this Friday 12pm so that they can issue the club with an invoice for entry fees that we must pay upfront. The on-line PayPal link for purchasing discounted tickets will stay open until Friday at 12 noon, after that no further on-line advanced payments can be taken through the club I'm afraid. But fear not, as we will still be able to accomodate 'walk ins' on the day, but you will have to go to the Museum's ticket office with your windscreen printed flyer where they will take your payment directly (at the same discounted price) So that we can give the Museum as accurate a final figure of cars attending as possible as they are asking for space allocation purposes, can I please ask the remaining members who have pledged their attendance to now confirm they are coming by either paying in advance from the opening post link, or just saying they are coming and will pay cash/card to the museum on the day. Many thanks folks, and see you all there |
