single din head unit
hi all i have a mg zt on a 2003 plate with a Kenwood KRC-391 head unit with a 6 disc changer in the boot but the head unit no longer works can i remove this and fit a double din gps unit or will it not fit any info on this matter would be good cause i really do need a new unit

Hi Adam,
You would have a better response posting in the main ICE section, this one is for satnavs, but no worries . If you are thinking after market DD head unit, you will probably need an adapter like THIS. If you are thinking one of Seans (Radioguy, member on here) units, it will fit straight in the hole with no modification. Don't know if your interested in his latest Android unit or one of the earlier non Android type but he was selling the earlier type quite a bit cheaper recently. Have a word with him via PM or have a look HERE.

Hi,
As mentioned the double dins that Sean sells are 'more or less' a straight swap. Just a couple of modifications may be in order depending on whether you go down the andriod or Mgr route.
