im not sure if your interested but...im friends with the owners from the Oak pub in baginton.
i have mentioned you guys on here looking for places for meets.
they have loads of different car clubs doing big meets in there car park as it is huge!!
they said that they would be happy to have you, if you wanted to meet there.
unfortunatly they cannot do 2nd june as they have a classic car club there booked with upto 60 cars attending.
but if you wanted the following weekend they said that would be ok.
there address is :THE OAK
Coventry Road, Baginton, Coventry, cv8 3au
it is 4 miles away from coombe abbey.
sorry for interupting your meet venue, it was just a thought for you.
i thought it might be more sociable then just a car park.
i.e drinks, food, shelter it it rains and toilerts
but as for meeting up, i would love to attend, although you will probably hear me before you see me........damm inlet manifold

I can't do the weekend after the 2nd but really really good idea for the future.

Will have to get free dates from the landlord, Can you help with that?

Regards

Paul

the first sunday of every month is always booked to the classic car club. hence the 2nd is unavailable.
the first wednesday of every month is also booked to another club.
they are the 2 dates that remain un-movable.
as for everybody else, they just said to call them and they will put it in there diary so that we will be the only car club there.
i dont mind booking it with them at all. just give me the dates and i will call them.
i used to go up when they had the evo's and sabaru's never owned one, but they certainly got a lot of attention.
really nice people up there.

That all sounds brill.

If we get together at Coombe on the 2nd we can talk about it then & get it sorted.

Will put something on the events pages when i get a bit more time tomorrow.

Regards

Paul
