I use android, hopefully it'll be similar.

Open the app, select accounts, there should be a delete button (bin icon) click it, job done.

Hold your finger on the app icon for 2 seconds. All the icons will get jiggly, click the red cross on the app and it will delete.

On the latest version you go to accounts, edit button on top right, and press the red circle next to the forum name. Confirm delete and you are done.

Oh darn it! lol I will have to upgrade. Do you prefer version 2 over 1? Jim thanks and Tom thanks for looking at this problem. I have in fact 2 car forums to delete and on this version there is no bin.

Just fired my old tablet up hoping it had an older version of Tapatalk installed but no it's on 2.4.13 .

Been trying to remember how to delete an account on version 1, try going to the accounts page and long press an account to see if there's a menu pop-up .

Other than that I'm stumped

All sorted now and many thanks. I deleted the old version, upgraded to no.2 and was then able to remove the unpleasant forums in the edit box as suggested
