Default interesting update on Seans dd dvb reception

as you may or may not know I have had bad reception on Seans dvb antenna very directional here in BASILDON ESSEX , but I went to the four ashes nano meet in STAFFORDSHIRE 159 miles from my house , I accidently pushed the tv button and low and behold great reception clear tv reception so in all fairness to Sean a lot depends on where you live ,the antenna was doing a great job, just thought to post my find as it is worth bearing in mind,so it's location location location. ps I am moving to STAFFORDSHIRE.----------GARY

Exactly the problem we have Gary
All depends on where you are in relation to the transmitter and also how much power that transmitter is running.
Local 'fill in transmitters' run much less power than regional transmitters
A good source of information on aerial reception can be had from either the Dtg ( digital terrestrial group ) or the CAI ( confederation of aerial industries )
Look forward to catching up soon Gary.
Should be along to the Halfway House meeting in October
