Stick to OEM mate. Good luck with the repair.

Is the fan OK and how much?

How can I tell as I bought my car and it's missing?

Hi Ralph
Do you know which fan is fitted to your can at the moment ? is it a three speed fan with four wires, or a two speed fan with two wires and a silver resistor in place, you can find this out by looking through the front grill at about 2.0 oclock you will either see a silver resistor or not.

http://www.75ztcommunity.co.uk/fan-c...%20club#p68147

From there you will need to decide which fan you are going to use either the three speed which acn be rebrushed should the low speed have failed or to change it to the two speed fan if it does not have one right now, if you do have the two speed fan with silver resistor them you would only need to change the resistor to a up rated gold resistor.

Hope this helps check the above first if i were you cheers Arctic

kevins fan should fit your car but find out from him if it is a three speed or a two speed as his car is a 2004 so may have the silver resistor fitted if so a bonus and just need to change the resistor for a gold one. Arctic
