I'm a bit confused here, or I'm missing something, but my Fusebox under the Dash hasn't got a Cover...???

I've never seen one on all the Rovers I've looked at - and the Fuse Layout is on the Under Dash Trim that you fold down...

Yes that is the cover you take it off by removing 2 scew type fixings
