The video's don't seem to be able to play, it comes up with a box that says, sorry this video cannot be played. Maybe I need to download a compatible video player
If anyone can point me in the right direction as to how I can enable the full features of this app, I would be most appreciative,

I don't really think this is "mirroring" as such i.e. its just accessing the storage on the phone.

I've had the same issue with all phones above 4.3. I don't think it will work on any phones above this version of Android.

Yes, I think I was a bit premature in my assumption that the phone was compatible with the mirror link function, sadly, I now know that it's not
