MOT test

So the old man goes back to the MOT station to pick up his beloved Rover 75, passing it on the garage forecourt he walks into the reception area, the receptionist says hello Mr Smith your car has passed with no advisories and is ready for you to take away, he pays and she gives him his MOT certificate and receipt, just as he is about to turn round and leave she says, Oh by the way the examiner noticed when he had it on the ramp that there were newspapers stuck all over the underside of the car did you know?
Yes he replies, it gives the Traffic warden something to read while the Ambulance arrives.
