I've been with Three for many years now, currently on a contract as I wanted the HTC One when it first came out. Three for me are by far the best network, I am a heavy data user, I stream my music from Google Music and watch lots of videos etc. All you can eat data is brilliant. And I've used over 10GB in a day with no problems (crummy Virgin Fibre was being repaired).
I find 4G in Edinburgh to be extremely quick, however is limited in coverage until next year. However the majority of cities are covered by DC-HSPDA which is pretty quick as well. At the end of the day however, all networks operate within a bandwidth for each cell tower, this is carved up between all the users. The more users the slower the service. Hence the more popular providers can not keep up with Threes speeds. Also Three offer Feel at Home, which gives you data and minutes etc abroad (including USA) a greatly useful service of which I am very thankful for. No more nasty surprises on your bill when you get home.

Was on 3 until 6 years ago when I moved to my current place and found I could get no signal. Went to Vodafone and have been with them ever since. Reception at some regular places I sometimes go are non existent. I get unlimited minutes and texts and IGB data for £21 per month. Also add on the 300 minutes to 0845/0870/0300 numbers for £2.50 per month.
Customer services are pretty good on the whole.

How are you people getting unlimited data from Virgin for either £5 or £11 - I'm a virgin customer and they want £15 from me for that!

I am on Three, mostly for their 'All-You-Can-Eat' data allowance. Costs me £35 a month.
I tend to use 25-30 Gb a month, according to S4's my data usage.

On the GifGaf website it`s run by users and if you ask a question or answer someone you earn points that can then be drawn as cash twice a year or added to account and even offer it to charity. If you like to post you can earn quite a lot, one geezer who must have lived on the site had earned around £17,000 yes thousand Ken. |

Virgin mobile contract, was payg when I first started with them 11 years ago, went on to a contract 5 years ago, as daughter wanted a mobile for her birthday, the phone she wanted was expensive, but free on a contract.
I had the contract put to my number and she got a payg sim. Wanted to change to a different network last time contract was due for renewal, as no one else I know is on VM,but when I gave notice that I wanted to cancel the contract, they offered me a better deal. 500 mins,3000 yes thousand, texts, unlimited virgin to virgin calls and texts, would normally be £15.70pm, I get it for less than half that, as a loyal customer, I never use anywhere ear my monthly allowance, and some places I work, at are terrible for mobile coverage, but with such a good deal, and a two year contract, I put up with it.
