Default Unusual Symbol.

Ok, it popped up in the upper window (oval one) and was very brief. I was accelerating uphill and it flashed up a couple of times. Hadn't got glasses on to read the text undernerneath but the symbol was a plan view of the whole car, in red. Two words under symbol, first one may have been brake but not sure. Any help please.

I would suggest the door opened warning. likely the bonnet catch starting to lift slightly.

See below, self testing dashboard lights, links 2 and 3 apply to your problem in identifying the symbol and meaning

Thank you for replies, I think it must have been 'Bonnet Open' 'cos I was doing around 70 (ish) uphill on a windy day. So I'm guessing it just raised enough to trip.

I'd agree with the door/bonnet/boot open symbol.

This happens to mine when I get up to 90+ so I don't think there is too much to worry about.

I would be concerned, if it is lifting at 90, there's a good chance it will open at 120

Yes that is how it designed, it is a built in wind flap (aerolion), to help you slow down when you hit excess speeds (just a shame that they forgot to design in a hole so you can see through the bonnet!)
