I dont think you have quite got the grasp of this kidnap lark, I do the kidnap, you pay the ransom, or tyats how its been in every episode of The Sweeney i have ever seen !

I think there is a very high risk that this kidnap might not be getting taken seriously. Having done some digging, I've discovered that top bears from all over the world are under threat and our Ted may some part of a global plot.
