68 with a youngish mind, being older is fine it`s the side effects that hurt.
Saw my Doctor two days ago and one of the things he said was "Your rotting away Ken" He`s a charming chap

A very fit 63 years here. Always walked our dogs every day for an hour or so and apart from red wine have no other vices.

Always been a car "nut" - always want to be Having that passion for something is what keeps us alert - I meet people that do not seem to have a passion for something/anything occasionally and find them to be bland and boring.

Tinkering keeps me sane, when I'm outside messing, all my troubles are forgot, sounds mad but it's a fact, even though I get earache of you know who.

Never a truer word has been said in jest!
All of my issues have been caused by constant work, not only in the TV trade, then my last 9 years fixing pressure washers etc in the wet and cold, but car jobs, endless clutches for people with rear engined Skoda's, my own and friends cars too. Its all taken its toll but mentally I'm still as bright if not brighter than ever.
You can't beat a good old CCM, go on work that one out
