Default i phone move

well after years of using Android mobile phones, today I have purchased a factory refurbished premium quality iphone 5s

Got to say after a Samsung Galaxy Note II it is going to feel so small, but it is time to move across.

Reason; I had finished my phone contract and decided to take a Sim Only plan, what a great saving per month. Only problem is that my Note II is playing up, it is so slow and sometimes locking, I went to the Samsung website for current updates as the android software installed is about three versions behind the current one... Only to be told "we no longer support updates for this model"

So time to consider upgrading back to a handset; well that's what I though.... a call centre in another part of the world informed me "well goodness gracious, I am afraid this is not possible---- Unless you pay an upgrade fee" WHAT! I want to go to a contract that will double your monthly takings from me and you want me to pay to do it?

So the choice was to purchase a handset and not tie into a monthly contract.. so the jump was to a company that has a good support network for their phones and does not discard after a couple of years.

Watch out for the frustrating "how the heck does this work posts"

I got Fiona one for Christmas,I ended up with a Windows phone mid last year, after my Nokia got drowned. Don't like touch screen phones, but have no choice nowadays.

Love my iPhone 6, they just seem to 'work' for me and don't think I'd ever change.

So much so that I migrated over to Apple for my computing needs as well

Enjoy your new phone , plenty of us iPhone users on here if you need any advice

Nobody is touching my Phone unless they work for Apple anyway so I'm not affected by this
