EBay Surprise - I Actually Got To Speak To Someone
Strange as it may seem, and with all the knocks we give eBay, I had a query which I could not answer from the annoying menus, and placed a "call back request". Within one minute someone called, very polite and clear, and dealt with my query - a real person.

Well considering the money they must have rolling in, I would hope so! They are the clear market leader and must have very low costs, although according to Wiki they have 34000 employees. Provide humungously big servers, software that surely hardly ever changes, and hold no stock = big dosh. The perfect business!

I've had to do this before, a very nice American lady sorted my query out straight away with no messing.
