Just 75s

Just a quickie, is anyone else having trouble contacting Just 75s? I placed an order nearly a month ago and haven't received anything, messaged through the website contact page and also sent an email direct and not had any reply. Having heard nothing but good things I'm very surprised as I was hoping for a quick and smooth transaction. Cheers in advance for any information.

I ordered some jack pads last Monday night and they arrived Friday. My email was answered too.

Hmm curious, I wonder if it's something I've done wrong, perhaps I didn't tick a box that I should have.

Yeah I've emailed that aswell as messaged through the website, I've just found a phone number though so I can try ringing tomorrow
