Default Goodbye Saloon, Hello Tourer

The other day, my 1.8 Saloon gave up on me..... After bleeding the cooling system several time with no Joy and spending money on it, I decided to take the saloon off the road. The same day I bought a 04 Facelift CDTI 2.0 Tourer. Always wanted one, and this came up at the right time and the right price.

My friend was selling it due to moving to Scotland in the next couple of weeks and did not really want to take it with him.

So now time to change over bits I want to replace/add to the tourer which I feel sad about it really, but I suppose it is life.

Adie

That's a shame about your 1.8, but congratulations on getting a tourer.

Welcome to the world of your friends and neighbours always asking you to move stuff for them...

In all honesty, I love my Tourer. Very useful load space in a car that still looks great.

Hi Adie.
The tourer is a lovely car wish I still had mine, I may even have another in the near future I will have a chat at the nano to you about it and the best things to get done.

Shame as you say about the 1.8 but I am sure it will help others out or someone may even want to make it come to life again ? see you in a day or so with your goodies

Like you I yearned for a tourer and finally found one to match my saloon, which reminds me, I need to take the tourer for a drive out today, not been out in it for a month
Enjoy the tourer, I`m sure you will.
Ken.
