Default Navigation on the Navall Star

Good Evening All,

Can someone please explain to me how to set up navigation on the Navall Star?
When I select Navi it asked me to insert the Igo card in the GPS slot. The supplied card is already in the slot but nothing happens.

Regards
Tom.

P.s. during the day it's best to call the shop number as I don't have my mobile on my person when I'm in the shop

Thanks for the swift reply Jeff, but unfortunately I can't seem to find any of those screens on my unit.

Regards
Tom.

Hi Jeff,

It would appear to me that in the your video you started by pressing an "Apps" icon. Can you please tell me how to access this icon as I can't find one on my screen?

Many thanks
Tom.

You have probably got the Navall Star with the new menus.

On the main screen there is a round circle with boxes in it on the left hand side of the screen.
If you press that it should launch the apps and then follow the video I posted from there

Hi Jeff,
Yes I have got the latest menus but when I press the button with the 4 squares On the first screen I get the following icons:
Calculator, Browser, Calendar, Settings, Clock, Chrome, ES File, G+Photo, GMail, Google, Google Settings and Google+
On the second screem:
GPS Test, OBD, Playstore, Repligo Reader, Igo, Instructions and Dab+
But no Apps button to press.

Regards
Tom

You'll need to give Sean a shout.

I haven't got a Star with the new menus here so can't play to find out for you.

When selecting Navi I get a message asking me to put a card in the navigation slot, but the unit came with the card already in the slot.
However, when I check the card in my computer windows reports "You need to format the disk before you can use it. This volume does not contain a recognised file system".

I put an old IGO card in and it all works but obviously this is not this is not the latest version.

Regards
Tom.

There must be something wrong with that card then.

Contact Sean and he will arrange to get it changed
