Fuel filter fitting
Anyone got a good technique for fitting the retaining ring on the legroom in tank filter?
I've had someone pressing it down while I hand tighten but still leaking. It says 35 ft lb + and angle .... No hope by hand, where can I get a tool to do it or is there a technique Thanks |

Is the seal the right way round, and have you put the seal in first and then fitted the filter assembly?
I tap the retaining ring round with a brass drift and lump hammer. |

I don't know true it is as I have never actually done one in our cars but apparently the Mini is a very similar method.
