On a Mac hold down the Command key and click the tick box on any song to select / deselect all.
I presume one of the modifier keys on Windows will do the same job.

Thanks for the help, I've been having a play and I have made two new folders, one for me and one for mrs sworks. This way we can just add to our folders from the main 'music' folder and just sync the folder

Mine has lasted 5 months............
I dropped it out of baggage hold of a B777 not very sensible.
Awaiting replacement, you think they would carry out drop tests on them for reliability wouldn't you?
so back to using the Nokia N95 8GB.

How high is a baggage hold of a B777 ?

I think it's only drop tested from head height to simulate been dropped while talking on the phone. ?
