Hello guys and girls,
We only kept stock of these while they weren't available elsewhere - I'm trying to focus on using our limited room for parts that are hard to find, so when XPart had them re-made I didn't see the sense in having them too.

If they do become hard to find again, I'm sure we can revisit and have some made up or sourced - the last few we had were actually taken from partly-constructed MG7 models that never made it from the factory (or so I'm told, anyway!)

It's definitely something that could use a "version 2"

For example, why not have the strap that goes over the exhaust unbolt at both sides, then as you assemble one side, and then strap it in, then assemble the exhaust strap over the exhaust, and then assemble remaining side.

This would make swapping the straps a much simpler process without having to remove exhausts etc and massively cut down labour costs / fuel tank drop / exhaust removal issues etc.

Cut the new strap where required, drill a hole in the end of each and weld a new dome headed bolt in. Bridge the gap with a section of predrilled flat bar fitted over the bolts. Fix locknuts. Done before purchase would be even better.
