HI Les.
I have rolls of this braided hose if you need some you know where I am, first thing I change if I remove a manifold or do a manifold change over at the meets as quite a few are chaffed Arctic.

Hi Steve, Thank you for you kind offer. I have some Samco sport silicone 3mm vauum hose, so I will use that for now and we can have a look to see how it is doing at the next Nano in the new year. All the best to you and your family.

Still puzeled I went to sort the 3mm tubing and now find there is 3 connections not 2 as you can see in the photo below. So what tubbing goes onto the connection on the left. I've looked and cannot find any tubing that should go onto it.

Thank you for looking and those that have helped.

Hi Les
You seem to have a Freelander 1 turbo solenoid fitted to your car? why I don't know, you can see from the photo's below that our EGR solenoids only have two connections one in and one out.

Rover 75 solenoid. note the square box.
1

Freelander 1 Turbo solenoid 3 connections no square box.
2

Here you can see the Freelander solenoid in situ.
3

I think you would be ok to fit a little bit of hose and block the end of it, or if you prefer to have the right solenoid again take a trip over to me I have a couple.

Hi Steve, Thank you for your help. It must have been on my tourer before I owned it So I think for now I will put of hose on and then if I can purchase on of you and I will fit it at the nano in the new year. If its been OK this long about 9 years since I have owned it so a few more months will not matter.

What would we do with out your knowledge and help. Thank you.

Les yes just stick a little length of hose on it, and something in the hose to block the hole, a screw or piece of thread of a bolt.
