Internal blowers not working
Hoping someone can help
A friend of mine has a 2006 ZT V8 and the blowers are not working at all. The control panel is working but no power to the fans at all. What could the problem be? Many thanks Nick |

Firstly see if there is 12v going to the resistor pack (on the side of the heater box) if so the resistor May have packed up.
You can try removing the pollen filter and spinning the fan motor to see if that then comes to life, if so the fan motor is dead.

Thanks Trikey,
Wasn't sure of the location of the resistor pack on the V8. Is it on the passenger side? Thanks Nick |

I presume so Nick, can’t be 100% sure though as the blower was one of the reliable items on my V8’s when I had them 🤣
