Default Primrose back in all her glory

As the old girl is now 20, it seemed like a good time to give her a make over. The paintwork was suffering badly because I stupidly put caustic soda into the washer bottle to unblock the gunge in it when it failed an MOT for non-working washers - don't know what I was thinking at the time - but anyway, a repair shop in Tamworth - Car Body Express - said they could do a full respray but it would take a while, as they would do it between insurance repairs etc. So three months after she went in I collected her on Monday 11th Dec, and this is what she looks like now, chip free, dent free and looking lovely.

Cant tell you how chuffed I am with the finish. Can't wait to be able to show her off again.

Beautiful, and one of the best colours for a '75 in my view.

Hi,

Looks a beautiful job

That repair shop is just down the road from me . Been past loads of times but never used them - but may well do now .

Thanks.

Looks gorgeous. Great colour which, unlike most, I liked on E Types as well!

I don't know how many others agree but I think that should be on the club stand at the next NEC show. I know it might mean getting stuck in under the bonnet but easily worth any effort put in. It's stunning once more.
