Default Need help T4!

A question to dear specialists and T4 users!
I bought a T4 DTC0063A cable to work with Range Rover P38 air suspension.
Tried to connect it to two 1995 Range Rover P38 cars. The following happens.
After pressing the reset button, the T4 program switches to explorer.
After that, I can not do anything, nothing happens.
Explorer indicates potential problems and malfunctions. Fuses, relay connectors, pins. But all this is in perfect order. Not connected to the system?
Is this normal or is there some kind of cable or car malfunction? Or T4?
Please tell me what could be the problem?
Regards
Denis

Use RDS 7.06 for LandRover, just because RDS 5.06 loads up the LR diagnostic discs it won't correctly on everything.
