To raise my level of fitness, I have been walking up and down the stairs several times a day. We are on the 4th floor and there is no lift. Also walking to and from Lidl is 2 miles each way. Fortunately I don’t get breathless for too long.

How does everyone else keep fit?
Get the wife too do the shopping. Simples.

Hi Ian, I am sorry to hear you have had to endure this awful experience, scum bags taking advantage of people during these difficult times really is the bitter bottom. Will the bank cover your loss?

It happened to me whilst on holiday in Paphos. I went into a nightclub and when the bill for 4 beers came, it was £3000. I ran out of the club and back to the hotel, bouncers chased me but they were too fat - thugs to be able catch up with me and I got away. Cut a long story short, I called the police and went back to the club with the police. The manager was arrested and my bank in the UK - Nat West said the £3000 had been refunded. Whilst all that was going on, the Cyprus police seized my passport until their investigations had been completed. The bank cancelled the bank card.

The following day, I needed to focus and take my mind off things, so I did a parachute jump.

A few days later, I left the island and have never been back since.

Being defrauded is not so much about the money, it’s the feeling of being intruded upon and taken advantage of, not a nice feeling. I hope you get your money back.

It's got something to do with Amazon, We haven't bought anything from Amazon in months We're still waiting for a phone call back from the bank as to what will happen or we get reimbursed!

We don't do much shopping on Amazon but this is the second time I've had problems with them, I think it's time to close the account there as I cant be doing with this hassle.

Got to take two of the cats to the vets for their inoculation jabs later, Trying to get some cash sorted out to pay the vets as the debit cards are cancelled

Back from the trip to Frimley, cleaned the car then climbed up the scaffolding to see what the views were like 👍

Cool

Morning everyone.

Home from a fabulous weekend away.

No internet signal, which was great. It got people talking more.

Banana was designated convoy leader there and back. She then refused to start. Still got a few issues to be resolved. I think she is jealous of the Pink one.

Morning all. Rain Rain Rain here Cracking views from your house of the countryside Andy.
I remember local views like that here when I was a kid until they built housing estates on every blade of grass they could find.
