LOVELY ROVER 75 2005 CDTi DIESEL AUTO 102K, LOTS SPENT, MOT until Nov
An enthusiast purchase earlier this year, bought to restore and drive on my holiday. Performed exceptionally in a 500-mile road trip to North Wales and averaged 45mpg according to the computer! Much spent on it so far, but not used it much as as we have a few cars so it's gathering dust! It has the highline computer display, rain sensing wipers, black leather contemporary heated seats, parking sensors, etc. Everything works as far as I can see! I will upload new photos when I've had it washed. Upgrade works done so far (mainly by a Rover garage in Bristol, MJN Motors): ------------------------- - Well over £1000 spent in last few months. - Fitted newer headlights with clear lenses. - New Borg and Beck Front pads and discs fitted - Upgraded radiator fan gold resistor fitted. - Intercooler O rings checked while bumper was off (not corroded/damaged at all). - EGR bypass fitted, which prevents gunk build up in the inlet manifold! - Brand new original thermostat (not the cheap top hose one) fitted, engine runs at correct temp now. - Full engine and oil service kit by DMGRS fitted with fully synthetic oil, air, oil, fuel and pollen filters replaced. - New rear light seals (sorted the slight rain leak in boot) - New stereo fitted with remote. - New windscreen fitted. - Plenum drain hole cleared and modified to prevent blockage - New PCV filter and gaskets fitted - T4 diagnostic session, everything running as normal including fan at all speeds. - Underneath has been wirebrushed and undersealed by Rover club garage in Bristol. - Tyre protectors fitted (front) - New tyres all round on the original wheels. - I've fitted smaller crown wheels with 4 new Michelin tyres on, but will come with either set to your preference. POSSIBLY TO DO for MOT in November: ---------------------------------- - Front droplink (Original part supplied) - Rear engine mount (DMGRS part supplied) - Rear springs (DMGRS springs supplied) Other things to do when necessary: --------------------------------- - Drivers side window scratched (parts supplied) - Small rust bubble on side window central black strip - Check fuse for driver seat adjustment - Computer display has some pixelation Any questions, please ask.
