Facelift club parking sensors.
I recently joined the club and purchased a facelift 75 club 1.8K. The better half managed to promptly back it into a wall. No problem i thought i will retro fit a bumper with parking sensors.
Luckily i found a suitable bumper in the same colour as well as a boot controller and the loom for between the two. I have come to fit it today. Needless to say upon pulling back the RH boot carpet on the side, there is no plug coming out of the loom to attach to the controller. Im baffled. Surely all cars had the same loom? Any idea,s? TIA |

Easier to fit aftermarket sensors as the bumper has markings to drill. Not all cars had reverse sensors, mine didn't, so I fitted a set of Cisbo 😎

If the loom isn't there it's simple enough to run wires and join to a plug from a donor vehicle, from memory it's live and earth, one wire to the ipk for the sounder, another wire to the reverse light to switch the ecu on, and a wire to link into the kbus signal.
