Default Traction control

Hello eveone
About update on "traction control" problem, if I turn off the traction control, the problem goes away, so I think it's one of the ABS sensors at the wheels. The check control told me that there was a fault on the brake pedal but this works fine. However at the next diagnosis check control I will see what it will tell me.
Keep in touch....

Hi Jaco,

A faulty front wheel ABS sensor would cause either the speedometer to fail or the cruise control to be non-operational. It would also illuminate the ABS warning lamp. As you haven't reported any of these things, I don't see any evidence that an ABS sensor is failing to give a valid signal, particularly as the symptoms only occur at a particular road speed.

The Traction Control graphic which appears on your message centre indicates a fault or normal operation of the traction control system.

Simon
