Try email and if that no work then maybe try Jamie as mentioned by Simon above. There are others too who are just as capable but its just a case of trying one at a time in no particular order unless, of course, someone notices your predicament and contacts you first.

I have also tried brian I need a 2nd key and satnav back to english from japanese but still no contact

Unfortunately not something I can help with any more. I sold some of my gear and gave away the rest.
