Just a quick update to this mornings post, #16; any body can organise a meeting.

If this is arranged through the club's forum, then there is a liability clause which needs to be appended to the invite.

This can be copied from earlier invitations.

Hi Mike, hope all well with you and Jan. Was wondering if you still have plans to host a meet soon. I know that some of us, self included, have had med problems. Hopefully we can now make a plan to get together soon. In a month time my car will be 20; only another 20 years till tax free, but of course they will have forced all our cars off the road long before.

Hi Jennifer,

My apologies for not much communication recently; as you mentioned, this has taken a back seat to medical issues. However, I had an operation on Monday, and today (Friday) is my first day back on my feet, and feeling great.

To Breakfasts.

Yes, I have one in mind for June.

Fred has Frimley on the 26th May, so I'll be looking at 9th or 16th of June.

Venue will be the Beefeater at Wrotham. This is at the Eastern end of the M26, and also close to the M20.

Of note is that they have one very nice circular table, that seats 7 people. 3 chairs and a round, padded leather 4 seater settee.
I will find out the minimum required to book it, and then post it on the forum.
