how do you vacum fill the system ? what is needed?

My cambelt and water pump are being done next week by a specialist who only does cambelts day in day out!
but im scared he wont bleed the system properly
So would like to know my stuff when I ask him.
Surely he has had to vacum fill other cars! is it easier?
Am I worrying for nothing?

To vacuum fill, you use a vacuum filler.

Powered by compressed air. Cost around fifty squids from the bay of fleas.

Well impressed with the performance of the one I bought.
