just done oil service and time reset on mine.
square piece of wood, bell push, drill hole in wood for bell push, connect a length of wire to both poles on bell push, and secure.push the end of one wire into the diagnostic socket of number 4 hole, other wire is pushed into number 8.
sit in car, turn ignition to second phase, press bell push for 4 seconds and release, turn off ignition.turn ignition to second phase a second time, press button for between 8-25 seconds, turn off ignition.
when turned back on,everything is as it should be: inspection, and no little clock.
thanks to other members on this forum for this info.

I have given them until Thursday 5th to supply otherwise I want a refund.
I will keep you posted.

Just to update you all, I have now had a full refund from my claim from Pay-Pal.
They do honour their guarantee, as long as you do everything correctly.
Chris.

Hi Chris, that is great news. We now both know that the Payment Protection Policy does work. I would imagine that a-tech-diagnostics wont be able to use PayPal anymore and maybe eBay will vito him too. Serves him right for trying to scam people.

No idea why it has two attachments though - two connectors and two reset boxes! Any ideas?

My local halfords has a load of stuff in the clearance bin. However it's still to expensive.

Gunson Reset tools £19.99
Connect 2 Kenwood ISO Adaptor £29
Sony ISO Adaptor £27

I queried the price difference with the manager for the reset tool and he recons you had a good deal.

Sorry to hear the Halfords near you is still charging so much. Yes, I thought the price I had was a great bargain too.

Why not re-visit after a month or so and if it's still there make an offer.
