Caravan For Sale

I have a Abbey Stafford 5 berth approx. year 2000 to sell.
Some 5 years ago a mate asked if he could park his van with me, and we agreed on the basis that if we wanted to use it we could (we only ever did once).
Then about 2 1/2 years ago he split up with partner and was in need of cash and I loaned him money against the van. Well things have moved on and despite being asked to redeem loan over the past year he can't/hasn't so I have told him I am going to sell it.
Been looking on ebay and that year seem to be £3800/4500 at least
I am asking £3000 so is a bargain for someone as van is very little used and is extremely good internally, but in need of a wash externally. No damp known of.
