Default Mg 7

I read on here recently that there are members with mg 7s.How difficult and expensive is it to get one over to the uk ?.Wont any of the MG dealerships order one for individual customers ? Personally i dont understand MG s reluctance to sell this car in the UK.Its all money in their bank account surely??

You would think so.

I'd have my name down for one if I could.

I e mailed MG at Longbridge and asked them if i could get hold of one,and they politely directed me towards an MG 6! I said i wasnt interested, and they said that the MG 7 is not like a zt its like 75 with MG badges, and i said sounds good to me!They replied saying they would not be selling it in the UK.If i could find someone who had imported one i would def consider going down that road.

Anthony,

You can import one yourself. The brand new MG750 can be bought from MG in Minsk, Belarus. The price is $25k for 1.8T or $29k for 2.5.

On top of the sale price you need to pay Customs/Excise and VAT.

Also, as Belarus is not in the EU, you will need Single Vehicle Approval. (I think the cost is around £300).

Still interested?
