Default Din plug problem on 6 disk player?

I have in my car a Iovox m3 100 which has a Iovox sdc652 6CD changer.
A while back I had a swimming pool in my spare wheel holder etc. Fixed the problem, Light seals etc,

The 6 cd changer was not ejecting or playing

Cd player showed CD Error . Took out the Amp and dried it with a hair drier, Not that it was wet, just maybe condensation shorting out the circuit boards. Also opened up th 6 cd player and wound the disk into the cartridge. But still No Eject or play.

What I do know is the top middle pin on the din plug is live (see picture).
To me that would signify that there was some power getting to it to eject.

Is that top din plug for power and eject?

If so I will replce it, but at £70. Know there not the best units but cant afford £200 plus for a new set up at the mo.
