The Crimbo mini meet sounds good to me, would be nice to catch up with some good people again, providing we dont go anywhere near the A12/A14 Roundabout (lol)

It was a rather nice journey up, the half of the convoy I was in, lead by CFS75, with Monte Carlo, Godders75 and JimA. We sailed through the Suffolk countryside, and went through a little village called Bramfield where my family is originally from, and since I’ve never been it was rather nice to see it, or be it just in passing.

Flixton was a lovely venue, with all sorts of interesting aircraft including a Canberra, Lightning and one of the original ‘mock up’ Spitfires used in the 1969 Battle of Britain film. There were some fascinating artefacts there too, including parts of German V2 rockets and a several pieces of a Dornier downed over Martlesham by Battle of Britain Ace Robert Stanford Tuck.

Starbug2 had the ‘Jurgen’ luck at the raffle, managing to walk away with a new TV, Popcorn maker and something else My thanks also go to Stephen (starbug2) for helping me clear my parts away when the rains came in the afternoon.

All in all a super meet

Now for some photos...
well it was a good meet and glad to help out , who ever you are

I agree with Teflon

A superb photo and very dramatic, quite natural looking for the calendar.

Doesn't have to be your car Steve, but best to check that the owner wouldn't mind his vehicle potentially being in the calendar, just as a courtesy.

Reebs and Dragrad; have either of you remembered who had the rear door available? Open question really.... anyone got a nearside rear saloon door in Firefrost?
