I'd be avoiding that given his feedback unless it possible to view and give it good look over first!

I would still go for it on car description and decide if it was genuine when I got there. After all it's the car you are buying not the seller. He is obviously buying and selling the odd car now and then, been on ebay since 07 and only sold 4 cars in that time.
