The Engine Mount is held on by a 15mm bolt only, no nut to undo.
The nut is welded/fixed to the chassis/frame,

Yay!
finally - thanks guys. I have most tools but found my socket wouldnt fit down to reach the hydro mounting, thinking now, i think it reached but wasnt deep enough so no worries there i can get a socket. however i dont have a tool for holding the crank pulley nor do i fancy shelling out on one (a quick look - about 80 quid). Has anyone made a tool to hold the crank pulley? if so, are there any plans/dimensions around? as i would be able to get the workshop at work to make something up. |

lol, if only.
Its the top mount as i want to inspect the belts. Haynes says i can hold the engine in gear and undo the crank pulley avoiding the need for a removal tool so gonna give it a go saturday weather permitting. |

It is easy with the tool especially for re tightening. You may find you need to shock it off anyway which does not take long.
