Morning everyone,its day 7 of my non smoking,have felt like poo,been to hell and back a few times,but I will rid myself of my demons.

You're doing better than I did Steve, I was determined to switch to that vaping lark but couldn't find a liquid I could get along with. The way I look at it is smoking is my only vice, don't drink and never been into "Moroccan Woodbines" etc!

i used to smoked 60 plus a day I stopped smoking over 40 years ago I often wonder wheather I would still be alive today if I was still smoking
