a month ago a friend of mine was fined 60 quid for leaving a wardrobe on the pavement grassed up by a nosey neighbour who insidently had been cought the week before!

They closed the subsidised canteen as a cost cutting measure and all we have now is a sandwich van (private enterprise) that calls briefly so everyone has to dash out quickly to try and get the half decent sarnies.
