Whats the price of the Symphony without sat nav. I have just fitted my old style bit but love the new one. Should have waited the two extra weeks...I don't supose Simon does part exchange on the old bits does he? He he.

Notice how the Symphony is a Japan version. I was rather hoping he would fit the satnav version.

Yes you will be able to, but maybe not in the 'normal' way.
There are slots in the bottom for a tool to release the clips. As you have surmised, these are covered up. However, I never use these to remove a symphony, as I don't have them. I always remove the ATC unit (cover first the four screws) and put my finger up at each side to release the spring clips from below. HTH |

I wonder if he would do a version without the blanks for the volume, bass \ treble labelling cut out? (I'll have to e-mail and ask). Although he includes the "blanks" for re-fitting, this would spoil the overall finish imo.
With regard to he missing slots for the stereo removal tools - I put these in on my current walnut peice myself using a small drill bit. It would be better if he left slots for them however. Still, all in all, a very nice addition for the Symphony. Cliff
