Bonnet Stuck
Hello everyone.
Again, another call for help. Bonnet cables intact but unable to open. Done the usually bonnet 'bounce' thing but to no avail. Left hand catch releases but problem with the right. Any advice gratefully received. Regards to all, John |

Broken bonnet release ?
Hi to all , very peculiar today. Just left the house , no probs. Suddenly a very strange 'rattling' niose coming from front drivers side of the engine. Engine seemed unaffected, no loss of power , no warning lights etc.. Got to where i was going and tried to pop the bonnet , ..no release ?
I think the cable may have snapped for some reason and that is what i can hear sort of flapping about inside the engine bay. Obviously not a safe thing to be happening. I did read about a way to open the bonnet in emergency, but appreciate the 'open' security issue...can anyone help me out ....thanks |

Muchos gracias.
A bit tricky but got there in the end. I heartly recommend the simple bonnet pull mod advised on this site before you have to go down this route! Cheers, Tim |
