OK:

Update,

it appears Derek has had a bleed in the brain. He has had a scan to try to see what the damage is but it is inconclusive and it appears for a few seconds he lost his sight. He is currently having a little trouble breathing but holding his own. The next thing is to introduce some dye into his blood to see the extent of the damage. Lillian said he is comfortable and resting just now.

We will know more tomorrow........
