Re-read the post, I can see now, I think one of my eyes must have been shut.

Disabled McAfee and the programme now works in Windows10 fine. Now been given a Dell laptop with a duff HDD, this one will have dual booting for different diagnosis programs. At least my brain seems to working again.

You can read more about MaCfee and Artemis here https://community.mcafee.com/thread/2016 Please don't forget to hit the donate button, to show some appreciation towards Phil T4. Otherwise what is the point of him carrying on doing this sort of thing for us all. Last edited by Anthony & Maricel; 1st November 2015 at 17:08.. |

It seems Microsoft security essentials sees a problem as well. Has anyone submitted this as a false-positive to Microsoft? If not I will do so.
Clearly something in there has the same signature as a virus of some sort- but I have no doubt its a false alarm and the software is fine! Mike |

I had to disable my antivirus (Avast) to get it to download, first time I opened it Avast "ate" it! Just need to stick to the BMW software.
