Good morning Tony, living in this heat, it's easy for food to go off quickly. We find that eating Charcoal tablets is great for the gripes, as the Charcoal soaks up the toxins. Also a good session of breaking wind gives relief. If it pongs, it's likely to be from bad food. Better out, than in
