Don't know about others but I have found the side effects take about a month to surface. I started off on Atorvastatin Jeff but after a while I started feeling as if I'd had a good kicking! Muscle pain, joint stiffness, almost creaking when I got up in the morning! I was switched to Simvastatin but again, side effects have surfaced after about a month, muscle pain, general fatigue and perhaps the worst one, nausea.

Oh well,

Other way round for me.....apparently Simvastatin are the cheapest generic statin so usually get prescribed first

Hope they find one to suit Steve, they do seem to like us afflicted lot to pop them

All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

A doctor friend (above) uses a new treatment for patients resistant to statins or for those who find the side-effects intolerable. Worth a read

Good afternoon all! I've sent some Centurion information out! Should be informative! So this weekend, Juliette and I have been together for a year!
